Information Protection Services, Inc. (IPS) is an information protection services company for small to mid-sized business. IPS helps businesses secure confidential information with knowledge and services covering physical, technological, and administrative safeguards.

We were originally called Associated Records Retention Company. Then later called Associated Records, Inc. In 2015 our name changed to its current name. Although it has gone through a few owners (and name changes), the current owners and management has been here since 2002.

We have great customers in medical, financial, oil & gas, service, wholesale, retail, government, and other industries. We cover all Southeast New Mexico.
