ISE offers programming and support for a variety of languages with a unique service model that allows customers to use exactly the skill they need in exactly the quantity they need exactly when they need it. ISE accomplishes this by have programmer/analysts expert in almost every commonly used language found in business today. This allows our customers to use us for Java programming for one project, RPG for another and .NET (C## or VB) for yet another project. ISE allows the customer to use the exact amount of programming because we don't require contracts or minimum usages. About 25% of ISE's P/As are US citizens while the other 75% are in one of our three development centers in Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Manilla. ISE's quality is unmatched because customers only interact with my US staff and my non-US staff works client hours. US staff is responsible for specs, code quality and structure, testing, and all client interaction and satisfaction. My customers will tell will you that it just seems like my US P/As can do the work of 4-5 people. ISE also offers specialty skills such as EDI and BI that are hard to find, expensive, and the need for which is often very erratic. ISE provides these hard to source skills at extremely competitive rates.
