Infrastructure Technologies (IT) is a certified women-owned business offering heavy civil engineering construction management and construction inspection services.  IT employs experienced and qualified team members and specializes in construction management consulting services including cost estimating, cost review, constructability review, CPM project scheduling, claims review and analysis, litigation support, and construction inspection for civil engineering, heavy highway, bridge, utility and infrastructure related projects. Located in Marriottsville, Maryland and founded in 2004, IT employs experienced construction professionals with extensive civil, heavy highway, bridge, utility and infrastructure construction experience to bring our clients the contractor's perspective. 

IT has a proven track record with the Maryland State Highway Administration serving the Office of Construction, the Office of Highway Development, the Innovative Contracting Division as well as many District Offices throughout the state.   

Our collective years of hands-on contracting and construction inspection experience in the heavy civil infrastructure arena allow us to best identify ways to improve highway design and construction in the field going forward.
