Initiative Ireland provides corporate advisory, capital introductions, and strategic support across debt and equity transactions in Ireland. To date, we have sourced and/or deployed over €150m to companies across Ireland, working with our established network of investment firms, debt funds, and banking partners.

Initiative Ireland began more than 10 years ago as an ESG finance specialist, providing loans to experienced property developers delivering energy-efficient social and affordable housing. When we began, many funders required end-to-end local support. As a result, we operated as a loan originator and servicer, supporting the delivery of over 1,000 homes across Ireland in partnership with developers and housing bodies.

Since then, attitudes to Irish investment opportunities have improved significantly, with more institutions now open to direct deployment. As a result, we now operate on a broader mandate, providing corporate advisory and capital introduction services to a broader range of mid-sized corporates across multiple sectors. 

To achieve our zero-loss track-record on direct deployments, we have always developed unique methodologies and systems. That is why, alongside these Financial Services, we are also actively developing new AI-enabled technologies and services, guided by man-in-the-loop principles for responsible technology deployment.
