INJAZ is a Jordanian nonprofit in the civic and social sector that originated in 1999 as a Save the Children project and was relaunched in 2001 under the patronage of Queen Rania to inspire and prepare youth for productive roles and to support national economic development. It operates through a network of volunteers and private and public sector partners, coordinating with the Ministry of Education and the King Abdullah II Fund for Development, and has reached 800,000 beneficiaries and engaged 725,000 students with 18,500 volunteers, guided by a board of trustees representing multiple stakeholders. The organization has broadened its reach to include youth in underprivileged and remote areas as well as youth with special abilities. INJAZ delivers educational programs in youth financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and related skills through collaborations with banks, universities, and government bodies; recent initiatives include a 2024 program at 10 universities and a 2023 memorandum with the National Cybersecurity Center, reflecting its multi-sector partnerships. Based in Amman, Jordan, the organization continues to pursue nationwide youth engagement and employability through ongoing partnerships and programs, including a 2026 digital finance literacy workshop sponsored by Zain Cash and conducted with the Central Bank and the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship.
