The IFWAA provides Department of Labor, Office of Worker Compensation assistance at no cost to all injured federal/government employees no matter which agency they work for.  The IFWAA not only works with all injured federal/government employees nationwide but also with the federal unions.

Injured federal workers should never attempt to mitigate their own injured workers compensation claim without knowing all of the rights afforded to them by the Federal Employees Compensation Act (FECA) or how to fill out and file the correct CA injured workers compensation forms.

You need an advocate that will handle all aspects of your claim, answer all your questions and ensure that your employer and the Department of Labor are not infringing on any of your rights as a federal employee.
