Inner Life Adventures, LLC was created to provide you with a guide to help you navigate life's journey.  We aim to empower you in your process - we put you in the driver seat of your life.  We assist you through helping you discover what you want, where you want to go, what is important to you, what is getting in the way, and how to remove obstacles.

Our approach to counseling is experiential, present moment, positive, and compassionate, helping you unfold and discover who you really are when you can see beyond the current obstacles.  We never forget that we are all just human beings and we focus on nurturing the human spirit in all of us - helping you discover what it means to be human and how to make the most of it.  Our experience and methods will help you navigate a wide variety of life and career challenges.
