InnoBenefits is a national organization specializing in the marketing, design, and implementation of Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC), Minimum Value Plans (MVP), and supplemental Hospital Indemnity plans. We offer comprehensive administrative services, therefore minimizing any burden on the group.

Employers may offer our plans on a voluntary basis, with minimal participation requirements. Plans often include ancillary coverage that employees desire, such as dental, short-term disability, and life insurance.

InnoBenefits provides competitively priced, fully Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliant benefit offerings, including not only MEC but also 60% bronze equivalent offerings.


Services We Provide:

- Help design benefit plan offerings based on client demographic and industry data
- Provide spreadsheet comparisons in competitive situations
- Help develop a comprehensive enrollment strategy
- Develop a detailed implementation timeline
- Provide you with a single point of contact for customer service
- Participate in implementation conference calls with you, your client, the carriers and/or benefit administrators
- Help complete group paperwork for TPA submission
- Develop customized, research-based enrollment materials
- Submit paperwork package with payroll deduction files to administrator
- Assure fulfillment to group
