Innovation Collective is a strategic management services organization based in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, that works with towns worldwide to reframe local economies and mobilize residents to build new companies around a shared vision. The group emphasizes inspiration, education, and entrepreneurship as catalysts for community transformation, and its approach reportedly moves ideas to partnerships with Fortune 100 companies in under 12 months. It aims to create spaces for dialogue and collaboration that nurture entrepreneurial ecosystems and encourage risk-taking and big thinking.

The team is described as small, and the organization positions itself in the strategic management services field by promoting grassroots job creation and ecosystem development rather than top-down policy. In June 2023, it launched Nutrien MakerLodge and a Canadian Tire Collaboration Space, a concrete example of its recent activity.
