Innovative Circuits Arizona (ICA) was founded in 1988 by David Shano, President of ICA, as a production solutions company with the capability of taking ideas from concept to production. Over the past 30 years, ICA has enabled its customers to launch, build and realize their production needs adhering to its founding principles of creating value through innovation at the highest quality and lowest cost.
