Insco Corporation is an ISO 9001 and ITAR registered, precision gear manufacturer located in Groton Massachusetts. We produce gears & gear assemblies for a variety of applications such as medical, robotic, automotive & motorcycle, printing press and extrusion machinery to name a few. We work with clients from the inception of a design thru final production. Our capabilities include proto-type quantities thru high volume manufacturing. We work with a wide variety of materials including Aluminum, Bronze, Alloy steel, Carbon steel, Stainless steel and exotic-alloy. We have a great deal of knowledge & experience in heat-treating various materials. 

Our manufacturing capabilities include but are not limited to the following:

            - Gear design and engineering.
            - Extensive complement of Turning and Machining Center equipment.
            - Shaping and broaching internal gears, serrations and splines (both involute & strait-sided).
            - Finish hobbing spur & helical external gears to AGMA 10 (size to 1000 mm dia.).
            - Finish grinding spur & helical external gears to AGMA 13 (size to 700 mm dia.).
            - M&M Analytical inspection capabilities.
            - Inspection department including Zeiss CMM
            - Assembly department.
