IHQC is focused on providing tools, training, and resources for safety net healthcare providers, integrated health delivery systems, and foundations focused on optimizing the health of the communities they serve. 

IHQC utilizes an applied learning approach in its interactive training sessions, creates tailor-made curriculum to help embed in staff the skills needed to drive change, and provides individualized coaching to help propel your work forward. We leverage decades of experience in safety net quality improvement and take pragmatic and action-oriented approaches to solving problems and advancing clinical and operational efforts.

Through our portfolio of services, we have supported more than 700 safety net providers, administrators and staff; and coached implementation of hundreds of improvement initiatives and innovative programs to successful patient outcomes and operational efficiencies.
