The Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) is a nonprofit scientific society dedicated to advancing the science of food and its application throughout the global food system. Since 1939, it has operated as a collaborative forum for professionals from more than 95 countries to learn, exchange ideas, and turn scientific knowledge into practical solutions that support a safe, nutritious, and sustainable food supply.
