The Institute of Technical Education (ITE) is a post-secondary higher education institution established in 1992 under Singapore’s Ministry of Education. It operates as a key provider of career and technical education, focusing on three main program streams: pre-employment training for youths after secondary school, continuing education and training for adults, and workplace learning and work-study arrangements with employers.
