The Insurent Lease Guaranty Program is the first and leading institutional guarantor of residential leases, and was created to assist renters, landlords, condo/coop owners, brokers and relocation specialists in quickly and easily closing leases for all parties.

The Insurent Lease Guaranty Program allows for lease closures of "creditworthy" renters who don't meet the financial requirements of their landlord. These renters include foreign professionals relocating to the US without US Credit history, international and domestic students, retirees, self-employed individuals, and young college and professional school graduate entering the workforce, and non-employed US and foreign persons with significant cash liquid assets, all who in many cases cannot qualify to rent an apartment. Insurent acts as the "institutional guarantor" to help renters obtain their apartment quickly in a competitive market.
