Since opening our doors in 1990, INTECaec has earned a reputation for solving our clients’ needs with care and creativity. We specialize in designing and managing a diverse range of projects across public and private sectors, seamlessly blending creative design with practical solutions. For over 30 years, independently or as a team player, we have planned, designed and administered construction for 1,000s of new construction and renovation projects. We are a small firm with senior level staff in both Architecture and Engineering, being able to offer small company flexibility, with deep and broad expertise. Having in-house full services for all disciplines has yielded a better product for our clients. INTECaec is a woman-owned, MDOT Certified MBE/DBE/SBE (52-072) and holds certifications in most local jurisdictions and agencies in Maryland, DC, and Virginia, which contributed to many contracts as a strong MBE component. We have partnerships with other consultants and subcontractors, and can scale up when needed for larger projects. In February 2024 Intecaec assimilated Miche Booz Architect, a small award-winning architecture firm in Brookville specialized in historic architecture. By joining forces we further increased our capabilities and project expertise of our multi-faceted company.
