We also provide outsourced general counsel services for businesses and organizations that require regular legal and strategic guidance from a business attorney – but don’t have the workload to add a full-time lawyer to their payroll. My background as in-house counsel for an international corporation gives me the perspective and the ability to create solid legal foundations which allow California businesses to thrive.
