When you need a TEAM of IT staff, hire a team. We are that team. Our company is based around the challenges that small to medium businesses face with regards to staffing IT and Infrastructure teams. Simply put, we understand. Our core clientele are companies seeking rapid and dramatic improvements in their infrastructure, but who do not seek to “over-hire” or over-spend long-term in the process. We have seen this scenario happen first-hand repeatedly and seek to provide a solution to this conundrum. HOW WE WORK We spend the first few days onsite observing, documenting, and putting together an overall evaluation of your IT department. We then work with you to rank specific projects and areas of need in terms of priority and level of effort required. We also quickly identify areas of over-spending and identify cheaper alternatives. Once an agreement is worked out, we then work with you to put together a detailed short-term plan and a slightly broader longer-term plan. Our aim is to tackle major projects head-on and with the right staff and skill-set. We have the ability to hire directly for specific skill-sets needed. It’s amazing how much progress you can make when you have a team of varying skill-sets that is catered specifically for your short and long-term objectives. Do you need a Junior IT Support Tech onsite for 20 hours a week, a Senior DBA for 5, a Senior IT Manager for 15, a Developer for 15, and a Mid-Level Network Engineer for 10? Done. And if those needs change in two months, we adjust the staffing model. Lastly, we also work with our clients on an exit game and hire your long-term future IT staff. Intelligys is not seeking a 10-year relationship with your company. We want to help you get above water, get your infrastructure in order, and then help you find the right people at the right price-point to manage it when we have completed our plan and stabilized your infrastructure. We are systematic in our approach. The process is not new, we are simply doing what we do best. We have done this many times before, and although every situation is unique, our process always works.
