INTENTIO's mission is to provide expert exercise, nutrition, and recovery coaching to help clients achieve their fitness INTENTions. It is our belief that prevention is the best and only true medicine for a long and healthy life, and we recognize the need for an all-inclusive combination of good nutrition, consistent physical activity, and nourishing recovery methods in order to adopt and maintain wholesome health rituals.
