InterCounty Supply - ICS - is a plumbing, heating and Air Conditioning supply house open to the trades as well as to retail customers and homeowners. ICS is an expanded version of Border Sales which has been a fixture in Westchester County for over 60 years. In 1986 William “Bill” Owen purchased Border Sales and quickly expanded the business to Northern Westchester with the opening of our location in Bedford Hills.

Bill Owen passed away in June of 2016 and his son Phil is now the managing owner of ICS. ICS has always been and always will be a supplier to plumbing and heating contractors throughout the NY Metro area. The goal here at ICS is always to support our contractors with value driven, affordable equipment and supplies as well as with training, education and new technology programs. We want to help our customers to be effective, efficient and profitable.


Moving ICS into the distribution of air conditioning equipment and supplies is a logical and organic expansion that is predicated on the market needs for efficient air handling systems for cooling and heating. We are suppling the most technologically effective and efficient systems from Bosch, Buderus, Weil-McLain, Navien and more. Look for further expansion into Solar Power as the HVAC industry takes advantage of the market demands for distributed energy resources (DER) where end users generate their own electricity to power their homes and businesses – making their use of energy more effective and efficient leading to less dependence on the utility industries.
