Interlaken Brands is a private eCommerce holding company based in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA. Our portfolio is comprised of nine wholly-owned brand units including Alpine Railworks, Black Forest® Hobby Supply Co, Black Forest® Distributors, Curious Miniatures Co, Dioscape, Grindelwald's, Interlaken Media Properties, Toba Miniatures, and Yeti Freddy Hobby Shop. Our brands collectively operate more than 45 online storefronts.

Our brand units are supported by an integrated global logistics network, including our international shipping centers in Arizona, California, and New Jersey, 26 distribution facilities across 16 US states, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom, and Japan, along with contract manufacturing partnerships in the United States, Taiwan, Thailand, China, and Hong Kong. Together, our business units proudly serve customers in more than 145 countries across 6 continents.

Interlaken Brands was founded in 2008 as Alpine Railworks - a manufacturer of model train products. We launched our first retail brand in 2009 under the name Black Forest® Hobby Supply Co, which served as the foundation for our ecommerce retail portfolio. While our core competency remains in the ecommerce space, 2022 saw a further step toward diversification with the launch of Mystery Syndicate. Mystery Syndicate is our first content-driven media brand, managed under Interlaken Media Properties.
