Founded in 2016 by former dentist Dr. Avi Weisfogel, the International Academy of Sleep trains dentists to build dedicated dental sleep medicine businesses alongside their existing practices. Rather than adding sleep medicine as a secondary service, participating dentists establish separate ventures and commit at least $250,000 to grow them.
