ISCP is a Brooklyn-based international residency program for artists and curators, established in 1994. It supports the creative development of residents through fellowships and public programs, fostering exchange among practitioners and diverse audiences. Housed in a former factory, the campus includes 35 studios and two galleries, and it organizes exhibitions, events, and offsite projects that are free and open to the public. Over its history, ISCP has hosted more than 2,000 artists and curators from over 105 countries, including the United States. In the field of visual arts residencies, it is recognized as one of the largest programs worldwide, described as the fourth-largest. In 2019, ISCP launched the second edition of its Summer Open House, an evening featuring live performances and studio presentations.
