INTERSPORT Deutschland e.G. is a retail company and the largest midsize group in the German and European sporting goods trade, headquartered in Heilbronn, Baden-Württemberg. Founded by sport specialty retailers more than 55 years ago, it operates a network with over 1,000 members in Germany and more than 1,500 specialist stores. Individual stores are organized either within INTERSPORT Deutschland e.G. itself or through its subsidiary Systempartner INTERSPORT. It is a founding member of INTERSPORT International, a global association based in Bern that includes more than 5,300 stores in over 40 countries. The group’s assortment includes classic global sport brands as well as exclusive brands, which account for around 15% of market revenue.
