Investacorp Inc. was founded in 1978, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc., a publicly traded financial services firm. Investacorp Inc. is a FINRA registered independent broker-dealer and Investacorp Advisory Services, Inc., our sister company, is a SEC registered RIA. Together we serve nearly 500 financial professionals across the country.
