InvestUP is a small nonprofit organization focused on private sector–led economic development across Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Founded by the region's leading private companies and universities, its mission is to deliver business and job growth throughout the peninsula. Based in Marquette, Michigan, the group coordinates private-sector interests with local partners to support regional economic development.

Its work targets regional businesses and higher education institutions, addressing local economic challenges and workforce development needs. In November 2024, InvestUP launched the Career Pathways program to connect students with industry networks and opportunities.
