Invitrox, Inc. provides GLP-compliant bioanalytical services to support to your non clinical and clinical programs. Our experienced scientific team is highly trained and provides broad and in-depth expertise in a variety of bioanalytical techniques, including LC-MS/MS analysis of molecules extracted from complex biological matrices and immunoassays (in collaboration with Avioq, Inc.). 

Invitrox offers extensive bioanalytical and DMPK capabilities for screening new chemical entities and compounds in development, including:

Invitrox is situated in RTP, NC and occupies 4000 sq ft of brand new state of the art laboratory facilities, populated with instrumentation for chromatographic separation (UPLC/HPLC) coupled with mass spectrometry systems (triple quadruple and linear ion trap) and/or UV-vis detectors. Additionally, the Invitrox facilities also contain instrumentation for a variety of analytical techniques (GC, FT-IR, fluorescence, plate readers - absorbance, luminescence) to support your drug development program.
