The Iowa Communications Alliance is the trade association representing Iowa's local independent telecommunications providers, their customers and the communities they serve. Established in 2014, the Alliance strives to provide legislative advocacy, regulatory affairs support and educational programming for it's members from across the state. Located in Urbandale, IA, the Alliance is governed by a 16 person Board of Directors from locally owned and operated companies and cooperatives.
