The council is co-chaired by Governor Kim Reynolds and Accumold President and CEO Roger Hargens, with Dr. Jeff Weld serving as executive director. Its operations center is located at the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls. As a statewide organization in the government administration sector, the council coordinates efforts to advance STEM initiatives across Iowa and to support a skilled workforce.
