iPourIt is a mid-sized Lake Forest, California-based technology company that pioneered self-pour beverage dispensing. Its system enables customers to pour their own drinks—beer, wine, cocktails, and coffee—and uses RFID to track each ounce and apply charges to a running tab. The platform serves operators in taprooms, restaurants, hospitality, entertainment venues, and grocery stores, with the aim of increasing revenue, controlling costs, and streamlining operations through analytics and support.

The company began with the first self-pour tap wall in 2014 and now powers self-pour experiences in more than 300 locations across the United States. A recent development is the June 2025 launch of the iPourIt Digital Chalkboard, which expands its product offerings.
