Interactive Research and Development (IRD) is an international not-for-profit organization based in Singapore, with country affiliates in Bangladesh, Indonesia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, South Africa, Vietnam, and Zimbabwe. It collaborates with communities, private providers, universities, governments, and non-governmental organizations to develop, implement, and scale cost-effective, evidence-based health solutions addressing persistent health challenges and inequities. In November 2024, Shinehumanity partnered with Interactive Research and Development to conduct a three-day intensive training session for its trainers, community health workers, nurses, and nutritionists.
