Irvine Barclay Theatre is a mid-sized performing arts venue in Irvine, California, founded in 1990 through a collaboration among the City of Irvine, the University of California, Irvine, and private partners. It presents a program spanning contemporary dance, music, and theater, aiming for a broad, engaging slate of performances. In addition to its artistic programming, the venue serves outside organizations by offering space for corporate rentals and meetings. Recent collaborations illustrate its role in connecting audiences with artists and arts organizations. In 2021 it partnered with the Philharmonic Society of Orange County to launch a three-part series of intimate performances, and in 2025 it partnered with Youth America Grand Prix to present a dance gala benefiting the California dance community affected by wildfires.
