Island Realty operates as a full-service property management company focused on vacation and long-term rentals along the South Carolina coast. Founded in 1977, it is the oldest family-owned operator on Isle of Palms and maintains strong ties to the island and its surrounding community. 

The company manages a diverse portfolio of vacation rentals on Isle of Palms, Wild Dunes, and Sullivan's Island, from one-bedroom units to large oceanfront homes, and its Long-Term Rentals Department oversees six-month to one-year leases across Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester counties. Isle Clean It and Isle Fix It provide housekeeping and maintenance services for all divisions and for private homes, with operations based in Mt. Pleasant. In January 2025, Residential Properties Ltd. acquired Island Realty.
