ISR Corporation was incorporated in 1986.  ISR initially focused on Research and Development in air, ground and Marine tracking systems for government agencies.  In the mid-nineties, ISR began branching into the commercial markets of Fleet Management, Automatic Vehicle Location Systems (AVL) and in covert vehicle tracking for security applications.

ISR Corporation now features our powerful mobile resource management system, ISRFleetTrack®, that includes automated vehicle location and GPS capabilities. We turn telemetry/data into insights that fleet managers can actually use.  The system's features include an Electronic Logging Device for DOT Hours of Service ELD compliance, dynamic speed alerts, temperature sensing & monitoring, concrete mix drum monitoring, GPRS based vehicle tracking, route recording & playback, geo-fence zone creation and reporting features for exceptions and customized events, to name just a few.  ISR also offers networked solutions, such as Passenger Information Systems & digital signage, to the transit and para-transit industries.

ISR products, such as our Silent Position Monitors are used by: transportation companies, utility companies, service companies, security and other commercial enterprises, U.S. and foreign governments.

ISR products and solutions have been implemented world-wide, over a variety of communications networks, including GPRS, CDMA, Iridium and  other similar systems.
