ISSA PHYSICAL THERAPY was founded in 2005 by physical therapist Dr. Tamer Issa with the vision of providing the highest quality outpatient physical therapy care in Montgomery County, MD through a holistic wellness approach.

We provide high quality, one-on-one physical therapy intervention that includes thorough evaluations, accurate assessments and beneficial treatments.

Dr. Issa believes strongly that only through an individualized one-on-one care model can clinicians accurately diagnose the problem, identify the underlying sources of the problem, and comprehensively address the problem. This approach leads to faster pain relief and the needed attention to addressing the underlying causes of episodic recurrences that tend to be all too common.
