How It Works: 
The monitoring device takes readings throughout the day and sends information to the data portal, via SMS text.  Data is sent from the portal to the mobile app on scheduled intervals.  Preset alerts for issues such as reduced volume, no volume, dangerous levels of fluids (such as when water is about to overflow), etc. are sent via e-mail and text message to the appropriate officials.
