ITequality was founded in 2017 with a basic foundation of seeing people for what/who they are. We deeply believe in giving chances to those traditionally looked over within the Tech industry.

We're not your run of the mill consultants, seen else where, we start with diverse hiring, making our staff a more accurate representation of the world we live in and the communities we serve. We maintain high employee standards by taking looks within to ensure that ALL of our consultants are seen and heard. We also work hard to ensure our consultants are never overwhelmed keeping their best interest in mind, generally assigning 2-3 projects per consultant, which also provides for very deep connections and relations between the client and our consultants.

As a small business, we work aggressively to make our customers happy, and being a small business allows us to REALLY tailor to our clientele, providing in depth trainings as well as well discovered projects.

Lastly, we understand our footprint as a company is important, and we actively work to give back as much as we can within the communities we serve. Amongst various donation campaigns run, we have plans to create a Nonprofit tutoring cafe for at risk kids within the community.
