IWP provides national support services to independent financial advisory and wealth planning firms across the UK.

IWP was created to invest in IFAs, acquiring either all the equity or a major stake. We grow them, by providing infrastructure and support services, achieving organic growth and also growing them through further acquisition. We merge local firms together to create regional scale, and in doing that we work on the assumption that the staff and offices we acquire are all valuable.

IWP is built from the bottom up, giving owners the ability to build up their business, coming together with others to be the best-regarded IFA firm in their region. As and when they choose to retire, we are here to ensure a smooth succession and the long term continuity of their businesses.
