The J.G. Edelen Co. was founded in 1923 by James.G. Edelen, Sr. in Baltimore, Maryland. Today, the company continues to be owned and operated by later generations of the Edelen family. We have two locations on the east coast of the United States. Our business is a diversified operation consisting of manufacturing, importing, and distribution of a wide variety of hardware products for the furniture and related industries. It is our goal to provide our industrial customers with quality hardware products at competitive prices, backed up by superior customer service.

Because of our flexibility, we are equipped to handle business ranging from small custom shops to the largest national manufacturers. We carry an extensive inventory at our two locations that is available for immediate shipment. In addition, we are constantly developing and producing custom parts to meet our customers'​ unique requirements. Our hardware line includes extensive offerings of decorative trim hardware as well as numerous items for fit and function. The materials that we can supply include parts from steel, die cast zinc, brass, wood, plastic, ceramic, and others.
