Our policy concerning legal fees is simple. No recovery? No fee! You pay us absolutely nothing unless we successfully obtain a monetary recovery on your behalf. In addition, if we accept your case, we will advance all of the costs and fees necessary to investigate and prosecute your case. If we successfully obtain a monetary recovery, we simply ask you agree to pay us a reasonable percentage of the total award. This usually includes the difficulties, challenges, and costs of pursuing the particular case plus costs and expenses which we advance on your behalf. If the jury’s verdict is zero, our fee is zero. We work harder for you because if you don’t get paid, we don’t get paid.
