Jacksonville Housing and Credit Counseling Services, Inc. is an agency that is committed to serving greater Jacksonville. There are no income guidelines therefore its services are available to anyone in need of housing counseling. JHACCS is led by Harold J. Riley who has over 17 years of experience in the areas of financial literacy, credit counseling, mortgage default counseling, foreclosure prevention, predatory lending, and mortgage financing. He maintains certifications as Comprehensive Housing Counselor, Licensed Florida Realtor, and Florida Notary Public. Harold holds Bachelor Degrees from both Southern Illinois University and the University of Phoenix. He maintains his certification by attending seminars, workshops, and completing continuous education requirements. 

 JHACCS has submitted its filing to become a nonprofit 501c 3 agency. It has finalized agency policies, procedures, internal programs, and educational materials. JHACCS is a member of the National Association of Housing Counselors and Agencies and will become a HUD Certified Counseling Agency in 2014! JHACCS in a short time has established partnerships and relationships with both for-profit and non-profit organizations.

 JHACCS works hand in hand with Concorde Realty of NE Florida to assist homebuyers in determining affordability, style, and location.
