We have extensive experience in all areas of immigration and nationality law and are able to assist clients with a wide variety of services including naturalization, family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, temporary visas and extensions, court cases, deportation defense, asylum and temporary protection, visa applications through the U.S. embassies and consulates abroad, petitions under the Violence Against Women Act, and other categories of immigrant and non-immigrant visas. We have particular expertise in the overlap between criminal and immigration laws and frequently assist our clients and their criminal attorneys with crafting plea deals to avoid negative immigration consequences.

APPELLATE PRACTICE GROUP
We represent clients in criminal and civil appeals in California courts and the federal courts of appeals, with particular expertise in federal appellate litigation.
