Jade Umbrella is a small public relations and communications firm based in Los Angeles, California. It was founded in 2010 by Stacey Barker and a group of women who left their prior workplaces to form a cooperative offering a broad range of services under one umbrella. The firm emphasizes a 360-degree approach to client needs, drawing on collective experience in lifestyle and entertainment projects and prior work with other PR, marketing, and event production agencies.

The organization stresses a combination of white-glove service, warmth, and practicality, anchored in professional values and hard work. It has grown by selectively adding members to its creative coalition, maintaining a hands-on, collaborative culture. The description suggests its work spans multiple aspects of public relations and communications, aiming to deliver integrated support for clients across their initiatives.
