Jamaica Bay-Rockaway Parks Conservancy is a nonprofit established in 2013 as a public-private partnership focused on improving parklands around Jamaica Bay and the Rockaway Peninsula. Based in Far Rockaway, Queens, New York, it collaborates with the National Park Service and the New York City and New York State parks agencies. The conservancy's scope includes 10,000 acres of parklands, 18,000 acres of open water and marshlands, and 11 miles of Atlantic beaches, with a mission to expand public access, enhance recreational and educational opportunities, and preserve natural and cultural resources. In 2026, Schultz & Williams, Inc. partnered with JBRPC to support its work.
