Jane Boyd is a 501(c)3 organization with programming to that works to develop positive self-concepts, and social and problem solving skills while integrating child and family treatment components. Jane Boyd makes every effort to ensure that services are family centered and appropriate for the child and family.

Programming includes

Achievement Academy
This before-and-after-school and summer program offers academic and social enrichment for elementary students. This program is available at a low cost.

Cedar Rapids Entrepreneur Program
This program offers entrepreneur mentorship and educational opportunities for community members looking to overcome hurdles and launch their small business. This program is a partnership between GoDaddy and Jane Boyd and is available at no cost.

PATHS
This job-preparedness program helps unemployed and underemployed community members gain the skills they need to obtain gainful employment. This program is available at no cost.

Family Support
This program provides community-based services for parents with children under the age of 18. Family Support workers assist families in designing their individual plans to become self sufficient through housing supports, parenting capacity and meeting their basic needs by building family and a community support network. This program is available at no cost.

Jane Boyd programming is offered at the Jane Boyd Community House, Harambee House, Cedar Valley Resource Center, Johnson STEAM Academy and the Paul Engel Center. Additional services include housing support, community programming, and food and clothing distribution. In 2017, more than 4,000 individuals and 115 families were served by Jane Boyd programming. Jane Boyd is an affiliate of Four Oaks.
