As an ACE-certified personal trainer, I help clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized, custom-designed exercise programs. My training style is client-focused, meaning that I tailor programs to specifically suit each client's unique needs and goals, in accordance with exercise science that supports performance and minimizes risk. 

I am nationally certified as a personal trainer, orthopedic exercise specialist and weight management specialist. Beyond general fitness, I have experience working with clients post-rehabilitation and with a range of conditions (including chronic back pain; osteopenia/osteoporosis; arthritis; postural deviations including scoliosis; diabetes; autoimmune disorders; eating disorders; PCOS; stress and anxiety). 

I train clients at a private, independently-owned fitness facility situated in Irvine Business Complex, near John Wayne Airport. The facility has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, is well maintained and well equipped, and offers complimentary filtered water, towel service and ample free parking.
