JAD Consulting is a privately held company owned and operated by John D'Arco, whose vast knowledge and experience in the private and public sectors affords employers an opportunity to increase their efficiency, productivity, and skill sets for their employees. The company web site is not a typical web site for a business entity; but it does emphasise a different aspect of my personality. I have served the private and public sectors my whole life; In the last 14 years, I worked for a privately held auto insurance company and a defense insurance law firm. In the early years, I was a managing partner in the law firm- Kugler, Deleo, D'Arco PA. I was a Illinois State Senator, having the distinction of being the Majority Leader of the Illinois State Senate. I also have been writing poetry and philosophy for most of my career captured in a book titled: " Ideas of the Heart". What I bring to the table is a vast panorama of experience from a board range of interest.
