HOW WE STARTED Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union began as an establishment where immigrants working in the Lowell mills could turn to for financial stability. Whether they wanted to purchase a home, buy a car, or even start their own business, “the little bank around the corner” made it possible. As the third-oldest credit union in the country, we know what it means to put our members first. Our history is important to us, which is why we are dedicated to supporting our members, neighbors, and surrounding communities by giving back to the place that gave us a home and the opportunity to grow.
