Jefferson Healthcare serves as the primary healthcare provider for more than 29,000 residents in eastern Jefferson County on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington. Based in Port Townsend, the organization operates a 25-bed critical access hospital and a network of eight primary care clinics, including locations in Port Ludlow and Quilcene, along with a home health and hospice agency. The hospital offers a broad range of services, including acute and emergency care, surgical and orthopedic care, oncology and infusion services, advanced diagnostic imaging, a Baby Friendly Family Birth Center, physical therapy and rehabilitation, a Coumadin clinic, and sleep medicine. 

Beyond its core facilities, Jefferson Healthcare pursues expansion to broaden specialty and rehabilitation capacity, as demonstrated by the launch of Ear, Nose, and Throat services in the Castle View Wing in 2026. The system has strengthened its rehab offerings through a partnership with Discovery Physical Therapy and the addition of staff such as physical therapist Amy-Irene Lynch in Port Hadlock. It has also pursued facility expansion, including acquiring a former bank building near the Port Ludlow Clinic to extend specialty care in the region.
