Jeffrey's Voice is a 501c3 public charity with a single mission ~ to fund research that will lead to a cure for Leukemia and Blood Cancers. Our vision is clear and focused ~ to reach the day when no more are lost to these wretched diseases, when all remissions are permanent, and when finally there is a cure for all. To make this vision a reality, Jeffrey's Voice has partnered with the Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University to support research efforts in the Bone Marrow Transplant Department.

Jeffrey's Voice honors the legacy of two young brothers, Jeffrey Horne, who succumbed to Acute Myleoid Leukemia at the age of 20, and his younger brother, Brian, Jeffrey's lifelong companion, best friend, and bone marrow transplant donor. Brian died of sudden cardiac arrest at the age of 19, less than 5 months after losing his beloved brother. Jeffrey's Voice was established by Nancy Horne, mother of Jeff and Brian, to carry forward their message of hope, love and a cure for Leukemia. Before Jeffrey's last hospital stay, he said to his Mother, "Mom, there's a plan for this. It may be that I will get well and can help others with Leukemia, or it may be that I won't. Then, you can." At Jeffrey's Voice, we know that the best way to help those struggling with Leukemia today, and those yet to come, is to find a cure.
